Ingredients: Tajin (a combination of salt and chili powder works), Fresh Lime Juice, Clamato (tomato juice will do), Worcestershire Sauce, Hot Sauce (preferably Mucho Aloha), and a cold Hawaiian Style Pale Ale
Directions: Rub a fresh lime wedge around the rim of a 12oz glass. Rim the glass with Tajin. Fill with ice. First add 6-8ozs of Hawaiian Style Pale Ale, then 3ozs of Clamato, ¾oz fresh lime juice (a small to medium sized lime), Four dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and dashes of hot sauce to taste. Stir then garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients: Lime, Sea Salt, Frozen Limeade concentrate, Pacific Pils, and tequila (we like Corralejo Reposado or Jose Cuervo Tradicional)
Directions: Rub a fresh lime wedge around the rim of a 12oz glass. Salt rim. Fill with Ice. Add 1½ ounces of tequila, 2 ounces of defrosted limeade concentrate, and fill the rest with beer. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
ALOHA BULL’S EYE
Ingredients: Fresh Limes, Fine Sugar, Ginger Ale, Hawaiian Style Pale Ale
Directions: Fill a 12oz glass of ice. Add 1 ounce fresh lime juice. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts ginger ale and Pacific Pils. Stir in half teaspoon of sugar (more or less to your taste). Garnish with a mint sprig.
Ingredients: Ice, Lemonade, Pacific Pils
Directions: In a 12oz glass filled with ice, add equal parts lemonade and Mucho Aloha Pacific Pilsner
Ingredients: Orange Juice, Mint or Basil, Hawaiian Style Pale Ale
Directions: In a champagne flute add 1 part lemonade to 2 parts Mucho Aloha Hawaiian Pale Ale. (Pouring orange juice first prevents foam and keeps the bubbles in your drink). Garnish with a mint sprig.
